When we agree an Initial Consultation session, a letter will be sent out to you outlining my payment arrangements, my 24-hour cancellation policy and any other documents relevant to your therapy.
Parents naturally have lots of questions of this nature when referring young people, so I have a separate FAQs for Parents document, available on request.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or if you would like to arrange an initial assessment appointment. An initial conversation gives us the opportunity to discuss what has led you to consider counselling, whether it may be helpful for you, and whether I am the right therapist to support you.
You are very welcome to get in touch in whichever way feels most comfortable for you. Either:
I am happy to hear from you and, if I’m not free to talk, please feel free to leave a voicemail with your name and number and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

I work from private offices in Romford, conveniently located on the Elizabeth line in North East London, and also see clients from across Havering and the surrounding Essex area. My practice offers a calm, confidential setting for in-person therapy sessions.
In addition to face-to-face work, I also offer online therapy sessions using Doxy and other secure platforms where necessary, allowing clients to access support from home or wherever they feel most comfortable. Online sessions are available to clients across the UK.
If you would like to discuss whether in-person or online therapy would be the best option for you, please feel free to get in touch.
